Before microblading

Before proceeding with your appointment, kindly review the following contraindications.
Please read carefully, as having any of these conditions may disqualify you as a suitable candidate for microblading. For further inquiries, feel free to contact us via text at (909) 226 8255.
*Please note: Should you book an appointment despite having a contraindication, the treatment will not be performed, and your deposit will not be refunded.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
1. Previous Microblading/Tattoo Work: Ensure any previous work is sufficiently faded. Please send at least 3 clear, makeup-free eyebrow images to (909) 226 8255 for candidacy assessment.
2. Skin Sensitivity: Those with easily aggravated or bleeding-prone skin are not suitable for microblading. However, powder brows may be an option.
3. Large Pores very oily skin or Deep Wrinkles: Individuals with prominent pores in the eyebrow or forehead area may experience blurred color and uneven strokes. Skin conditions like psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, chronic acne, rosacea, or constant peeling, itching, or aggravation disqualify you.
4. Medical Conditions: Conditions such as pregnancy, keloid scars, recent Accutane/Retin-A use, antibiotic intake, recent surgery, epilepsy, uncontrolled diabetes, cancer, communicable blood diseases, immune disorders, hypertension, hemophilia, thyroid disorders, heart conditions, or Trichotillomania are not suitable for microblading.
5. Recent Facial Treatments: Individuals who have undergone recent chemical peels, PRP, laser treatments, etc., must wait at least 4 weeks before microblading.
6. Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies, excluding seasonal allergies.
If you have any other medical conditions or are on medication, please text (909) 226 8255 With a list for assessment.
Vacation Considerations: Microblading is akin to a tattoo and requires time to heal. Plan your vacation accordingly, allowing two weeks for healing before exposing your brows to sun, sweat, and water.
24 Hours Pre-Appointment: Avoid caffeine, vitamins, blood thinners, and alcohol.
Therefore, understanding that microblading results depend on skin health and quality is crucial. While preexisting conditions or medication may still allow for the procedure, expectations should be adjusted accordingly.
